Delete your account

You can delete your Juke account at any time. That removes your sign-in, likes and listening history. Songs in the catalog stay; a song written for you stays in the catalog without your name. This cannot be undone.

In the app

This is the fastest way, and it works in the iOS app, the Android app, and try-juke.com.

  1. Open Juke and sign in with the phone number on the account.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Email info@try-juke.com from a reachable address, with the phone number on the account, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm, then delete the account.
